Speed Septum System
From taxidermist Boxie Kallina has come up with this new idea for creating artificial septums that is easy, inexpensive, and looks great! Works on any whitetail sized animal. Kit includes instructions, special tool and enough Speed Septum material to do 20 heads. For elk-size animals the large septums are sold individually along with the larger septum tool.
See how it works here.

Speed Stretcher System
Boxie Kallina, inventor of the Speed Septum, has come with a truly amazing new product called the Speed Stretcher. It is a product that the taxidermy industry has needed for a long time. It will take all the labor out of getting the most stretch for any given skin. Case skinned capes, pre-sewn split capes, bear legs and necks, elk or whatever your needs are.

Speed Feather Setter
From taxidermist Boxie Kallina, who brought you the Speed Septum, comes another revolutionary idea for speeding up your mounting time. The Speed Feather Setter is a flexible magnetic strip which can be cut to length and used to quickly and easily position bird feathers and hold them in place for drying. Instructions included.

Locked Horns

Creator of the Speed Septum System, Boxie Kallina, is shown here holding the locked horns he discovered while scouting in Old Mexico. The level rack is a twelve pointer that netted 172-0 B. C. officially!! The two racks have never been apart.

Sewing Made Easy!
For large hole to be sewn it is easier and reduces the chances of getting uneven at the end if one divides the hole in half.
Make a stitch in the center of the hole then tie it off with several knots.  Leave both ends long in order to attach a needle to one of the leads then sew to the end outward.  Repeat the same using the other end of thread and sew it outward, too.  It is easier to sew two small hole then it is to sew one large hole.

About Us:
Boxie Kallina, creator of Speed Septum,  has been in taxidermy since 1967. He received his diploma from the Northwestern School of Taxidermy on July 22, 1969. He was just 17 years old. "I credit my accomplishments to my father who always supported me and taught me how to solve problems through my subconscious and subliminal means. He also said, ' take a subject that you like and spend only 30 minutes a day on.....by the time you are forty you will know more about the subject than most'. ....I was forty-one when I came up with Speed Septum."

Speed Septum has been around now for ten years with thousands of satisfied customer. I have received only one kit back in the whole ten years. I contacted the person and she said that she did not even try it. I returned the kit back to her free of charge. That was 10 years, ago!

All my products are great time savers and produce a higher quality mount for the time and expense invested. Feel free to contact me at boxie@speedseptum.com or call 979-758-3622.
